The Brand Engage platform allows retailers participating in the PWR network to invite brands to answer questions on their website.
The project included qualitative research efforts on user groups from both the retailer and brand perspective. Key features include being able to control the flow of information for both retailer and brand. Both parties can invite or request access, but only a mutually agreed relationship allows content to flow freely.
Additionally, offsite components like email notification and invitation sign-up pages were considered.
