Oppenheimer Funds

The Oppenheimer Funds timeline application was proposed as a companion to a print campaign centered around the 50th anniversary of the company.

The purpose of the project was twofold:

• At the onset – act as an outreach vehicle to Oppenheimer employees and alumni to gather information to be included in both the print and digital components.
• In the long term, function as a community driven living record of the investment firm.

As the project went from an information gathering profile to a historical presentation, menu items and collected data would evolve.

The UI was planned for use with the SIMILE Timeline API at it’s core with added functionality placed around it.
