Quintiles Transnational

Quintiles Transnational is a large consulting agency serving clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Envisage Magazine was developed as part of their thought leadership initiatives.

The proposed UI redesign was part of a larger program to expand the usage of the digital medium to not only serve as a thought leadership vehicle, but also serve Quintiles internally.

Envisage was originally launched as a print magazine with a web component, however the success of the digital side rapidly overtook the print. In it’s first generation, the site made use of a light-weight open-source content management system, Textpattern, to streamline the publication process.
